Well…Here’s a little vid of what I’ve been up to for the last decade…
After I was diagnosed with epilepsy since I was two years old, which have had an use impact on my life, with severe consequences. Time and again, I was confronted with this chronic condition and its consequences. I was often told that I possessed great strength.
But I didn’t feel as strong as everyone kept telling me I was… instead, I felt robotic, hollow and worried. In that time I did everything I wanted to love life again but I didn’t know how. I started surviving and lived in my ratio. In a later stage I moved to Mexico and slowly the calm and kind culture helped me to feel my heart beating again. I learned not to function in my survival system.
Fortunately I discovered life coaching and Post Traumatic Growth. With my work experience and degrees and tools I learned, the concept was so powerful that I decided to devote my career to helping love their lives again, too. Helping to traveling in a healthy way through life.
